The Animal Magic Show was a British children's animal make-and-do programme presented on CBBC and each episode lasted for 15 minutes and ran between 1998 and 2001 and was presented by Dominic Wood. It was a sort of "petting cousin" from SMart.
The Animal Magic Show was shown on BBC1 from 1998 - 2000, CBBC on Choice began showing the series on Saturday 29th April 2000 - Sunday 25th June 2000 at 2.00pm as part of an provisional secondary programming block called The Really Wild Club. After the airing of this block, it was also shown on weekend mornings 30 minutes before ChuckleVision, first from September to December 2000, then in 2001 all summer long. It was never broadcast in the main schedule unlike the rest of the shows broadcast on CBBC on Choice and was only shown in the programming strands. It was never repeated after CBBC on Choice closed down in 2002.
