Gremlyn TV was the name of a special theme-sectioned one-hour secondary programming block broadcast on CBBC on Choice from Monday 4th September 2000 - Friday 30th March 2001.

The strand started on Monday 4th September 2000 at weekday mornings at 6.25am - 7.25am and teatimes from 4.00pm - 5.00pm and was the first out of two weekday programming strands to appear on CBBC on Choice, Gremlyn in the Works was the first out of four to launch on Saturday 9th September 2000. at weekend lunchtimes at 12.00pm - 12.30pm and teatimes from 6.30pm - 7.00pm. Gremlyn TV was an animation programming strand to celebrate comedic education being broadcast on CBBC on Choice, They broadcasted Brum (Series 2 only and was the only live-action series shown on Gremlyn TV), Superbods, Animal World in alternance with Animal Album, Penny Crayon and the 7-minute cooking show Cookabit. Both Gremlyn TV and Gremlyn in the Works were presented by Emlyn the Gremlyn and were both shown twice on a 4-month loop which brings the total to 8-months altogether. It featured an special ident featured Emlyn and the "Gremlyn TV" name accompanied by music, The continuity links for Gremlyn TV has Emlyn presenting in the Blue Peter garden along with a teenage voiceover. The first time the strand was broadcast was Monday 4th September 2000 - Friday 5th January 2001 and second time was Monday 8th January 2001 - Friday 30th March 2001 and all programmes were broadcast as single episodes.for the half-hour each lasting 15 minutes in length. Gremlyn TV ended on Friday 30th March 2001 and from the following a new request strand launched called Choosy Bits at 6am and 6.30pm lasting 30 minutes and every show was broadcast on there under a viewer's request. All of the shows featured were present on Choosy Bits. Emlyn the Gremlyn left CBBC in April 2001.
